With more than 35 years of combined PEO and insurance expertise, our founder brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to every client relationship. His career began in 1990 in life and health insurance before transitioning into the then-emerging field of employee leasing—what we now know as the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry.
Starting in Central Florida, he rose from an individual contributor to overseeing more than 80,000 worksite employees and over 200 internal team members. In 2014, he partnered in a niche commercial insurance agency that quickly became the leading brokerage in the PEO space, earning the attention of major national firms. After selling to one of the world’s largest brokerages in 2019 and remaining through 2024, he returned to his true passion—helping main street businesses thrive.
